CHRISTIAN CLEVENGER, MBA

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Christian has been a part of the Integrity Laboratories family since June of 2014. Over the last 18 years, Christian has excelled in the medical technology field, performing in various executive leadership roles. His experience and knowledge of the medical technology and biotechnology segments is vast. In addition to his experience, Christian generates an immense amount of passion for Integrity Laboratories and ensures that the team upholds his values.

STEVE TIMYAN

BOARD OF ADVISORS

Steve has over 35 years of experience in senior positions at numerous high growth companies. His experience includes working with start-ups, turnarounds, acquisitions and business development. This includes completed transactions for HexArmor, Abcor Partners, Models and Tools and Diamond Case Holdings. Presently Steve serves on the board of Cameron Tool, the Worden Company,  1st Choice Financial, Crystal Clean Automotive, Gleaning the Fields LLC , M Industries LLC and numerous non profit organizations . Steve lives in Grand Rapids Michigan is married with four grown children.

JIM WEAVER

BOARD OF ADVISORS

Jim has a strong background in management, innovation, marketing, sales, product development, distribution, operations, and cross-functional team facilitation. From his start at Bissell Inc., he rose quickly through the management ranks from sales, to marketing, product development and general management over 10 years. He joined  Steelcase Inc., as director of marketing for their Details division, the fastest growing division in the company. From there, Jim proved his entrepreneurial expertise by leading a startup office furniture company from inception to market, Bold Furniture, establishing everything from a nationwide distribution network to a easy to use transactional website, years before others discovered ecommerce.

TRACY DRY, JD

GENERAL COUNSEL

Tracy has been a part of the Integrity Laboratory family since October of 2014. She is paramount to daily operations within our organization. She works closely with our CEO and department heads to appropriately counsel when necessary. Her ultimate goal is to ensure that our company is meeting national and state laboratory regulations and that our sales and marketing initiatives follow all local, state, and federal laws. Tracy has a background in Health and Business law which gives her a precise understanding of the work performed by Integrity Laboratories.

Maria Cekanova, RNDr, Ph.D

CHIEF SCIENTIFIC OFFICER

Dr. Cekanova joined Integrity Laboratories in July of 2019 where she will be responsible for the oversight of scientific, technology, and research operations. Prior to joining Integrity Laboratories, Dr. Cekanova served as the Director of Translational Research Laboratory and Research Associate Professor of Oncology at the Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences, University of Tennessee. Dr. Cekanova received her Ph.D. in Genetics from Pavol Josef Safarik University in Kosice, Slovakia and did postdoctoral research training at the University of Tennessee at the Department of Pathobiology of College of Veterinary Medicine.

GABRIEL LONG, MBA, BSMT (ASCP)

DIRECTOR OF LABORATORY SERVICES

Gabriel has been a vital member of our team since February 2016. Here at Integrity Laboratories, Gabriel leads a team of laboratory professionals while managing the daily operations of the core lab. By way of example, he ensures that the team is continuously striving for accuracy and excellence through strict adherence to state and national laboratory guidelines. In addition, and arguably most importantly, Gabriel oversees all of the testing on site. He confirms that our testing is optimized and accurate, providing our clients with unparalleled quality.

Rodney Ruth

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Rodney joined Integrity Laboratories in October 2020 and he brings over 10 years of strategic operations management experience inside both a Fortune 500 organization and one of the largest privately held companies in the US. Rodney brings specific expertise in the areas of operations leadership, team training, customer service strategies, and talent acquisition. Rodney earned a Bachelor’s in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

JAMES VINSON, MD

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. James Vinson anchors our clinical teams’ efforts here at Integrity Laboratories. With nearly 35 years of diverse medical and laboratory experience, Dr. Vinson has proven to be a crucial member of our team. With highest honors, Dr. Vinson holds a Bachelor’s in Medical Technology from the University of Tennessee as well as a Doctorate of Medicine from East Tennessee State University. In addition, Dr. Vinson has held a national certification with the Board of Examiners for 34 years, as well as a national certification with the Board of Anatomic and Clinical Pathology for 31 years.

GENI FORD

DIRECTOR OF RCM

Geni joined Integrity Laboratories in June of 2020, with many years of experience in all aspects of accounting, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to see the big picture while maintaining the accuracy of the details. Geni handles all accounting processes, with an emphasis on receivables.  Recently assumed responsibility for the billing department, where she is dedicated to maximizing revenue collections.

HANNAH DEE

DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SOLUTIONS

Hannah has been a vital part of our team since 2014. Here at Integrity Laboratories, she is responsible for communications between the laboratory and billing departments. Hannah ensures laboratory compliance on both a federal and state level. She is our point of contact for our clients. Her background in physics, not only allows her to uniquely communicate with our clients, but to educate as well. Hannah is an excellent teacher and trainer. She has a high level of organization and attention to detail which plays a pivotal role in the excellent service she provides for our clients.

JEREMY DANIELS, MLT (ASCP)

DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Jeremy has been a crucial part of the Integrity team since September of 2015. Jeremy oversees Integrity’s IT infrastructure including all digital interfacing with clinical partners and client facing products. With 17 years’ experience in laboratory science, Jeremy has also played a part in all aspects of Integrity’s testing platforms gaining vital knowledge along the way that puts Integrity at the forefront of laboratory innovation.

Integrity Laboratories began testing for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) on March 23.
