Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Client Solutions Specialists’ main responsibility is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high client satisfaction. Each Client Solutions Representative will be responsible for:
- Managing multiple assigned accounts involving healthcare providers at every level
- Providing customer service and operational expertise in support of sales campaigns
- Proposing solutions to meet the clients’ needs and serve as the client solutions industry expert to potential clients
- Assist in the on-boarding process for new clients and provide follow up support
- Collaborate with managers, clinical team, and other applicable groups to ensure the successful support and execution of the sales strategy
- Build customer rapport with current accounts
- Fill orders for client and sales representative supplies
- Answer multi-line telephone as needed and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Resolve client issues via phone or email
- Make phone calls to clients to verify or obtain information as needed
- Abide by applicable privacy laws while handling protected information

Medical Billing Specialist
Integrity Laboratories is seeking a full-time Medical Billing Specialist who ideally has 3-5 years of experience for immediate openings. Entry-level hires with healthcare experience in other healthcare fields will be considered. This position is based out of Knoxville, TN.
Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of direct customer service experience
- Reading skills to comprehend correspondence and materials specific to the healthcare industry. Often this material includes medical terminology, memos, manuals, and other documents.

Training
Training will be provided at the beginning of employment. Additional training will be provided throughout employment as needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Review, modify as necessary, and bill claims in “queue”
- Correct Electronic Claim Transmission reports as necessary
- Review and/or determine the appropriate primary source of payment as necessary
- Determine the Level of Service to be billed, based on supporting documentation
- Answer billing phone line, monitor voicemail, and assist staff and patients with questions
- Review and update CPT & ICD-10 codes and encounter forms as needed
- Responsible for timely and accurate follow-up on claims
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and laws related to the insurance industry.
- Post and Balance cash receipts from payers and patients in accordance with company and client policies.
- Demonstrate HIPAA compliance and patient rights’ while
- Provide outstanding customer service in person, by email or on the phone.
- Assists in delinquent account review
- And various other duties or tasks as assigned and/or needed
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills to give directives and provide information in a professional manner.
- Often handles financial material requiring significant discretion. Must demonstrate ability to maintain security and confidentiality with utmost discretion.
- Computer literate with extensive experience in the operation of personal computers and electronic Practice Management Systems.
- Self-motivated, well organized, capable of working closely with others.

Laboratory Testing Personnel
- Must meet CLIA personnel qualifications for high complexity test systems AND any applicable state regulations
- Must have a PhD, Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Associate’s degree in laboratory science OR
- Must have documented education or experience equivalent to an Associate’s degree AND graduated from a clinical laboratory training program OR have three months experience in each subspecialty of high complexity testing performed

Training
Laboratory staff must be thoroughly trained on all instruments, test systems, and processes. The training will be documented and filed in the laboratory personnel files. Training will be completed before any testing is performed. Additional training will be documented as necessary for disciplinary issues and changes in laboratory policy and procedure.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
The testing personnel are responsible for specimen processing, test performance, and for reporting test results. Each individual performing high complexity testing must:
- Follow the laboratory’s procedure for specimen handling and processing, test analysis, reporting, and maintaining records of patient test results.
- Maintain records that demonstrate that proficiency testing samples are tested in the same manner as patient samples.
- Adhere to the laboratory’s quality control policies, document all quality control activities including all instrument maintenance performed, and assimilate data for review and filing.
- Follow the laboratory’s established policies and procedures whenever test systems are not within the laboratory’s established acceptable levels of performance.
- Be capable of identifying problems that may adversely affect test performance of reporting of test results. Testing personnel should either correct the problem or notify the supervisor or director.
- Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory’s established performance specifications.

Integrity Laboratories is seeking a full-time Market Manager with 3-5 years of experience. Looking for experience in a highly technical healthcare sales or business development role as a top performer. Preference for previous sales experience in medical device, bio pharmaceutical, or specialty pharmacy.
Qualifications
- At least 2-4 years in a medical care environment (physician’s office, etc.) with a degree in medical sciences
- Willing to travel locally each day meeting with doctors, physician assistants, nurses, etc.
- Dedicated to improving the fast and efficient care of patients through PCR technology

- Focus targeted sales activity on high-end revenue and volume opportunities.
- Travel independently throughout defined territory to drive sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Provide regular updates to commercial leadership across product lines.
- Present at monthly sales meetings.
- Focus sales effort at specialized markets and designated by sales management.
- Work closely with marketing on regional market trends, competitive threats and new testing opportunities.
- Attend trade shows as requested by management.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
